From the sultry melancholy of Astor Piazzola and the burning Afro Cuban jazz of Tito Puente, to the rhythmic playfulness of jazz great Dave Brubeck and the pop strains of The Beatles, the Mambo Kings and star soprano, Camille Zamora will be your guide on a Latin jazz tour of the Pan American experience. The concert will feature original arrangements and compositions of music from the U.S., Perú, Argentina, Cuba and Puerto Rico.

Spectacular vocalist Camille Zamora balances a vibrant career of opera and recital with her performances of Latino music, and will join the Mambo Kings and their band members – pianist and musical director Richard DeLaney, saxophonist and woodwind specialist John Viavattine, bassist Hector Díaz, conguero player Tony Padilla, and drummer and percussionist Freddy Colón.

Saturday, March 28, 2020 7:30pm at Sandusky State Theatre
