Medical Marijuana & Your Drug-Free Workplace Program Webinar Hosted by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
Synopsis:
Employers need to decide how they will respond to medical marijuana before the system to recommend and dispense it is fully operational in September 2018. To give insight into this important decision, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Working Partners to offer a presentation on this subject. Working Partners helped in the development of our Opioid Toolkit.
This webinar will:
• Raise awareness of business and operational issues from legalization under Ohio HB 523
• Increase understanding of the related drug-free workplace program issues for employers and employees
• Review key decisions that need to be made - particularly relating to policy, operations and employee/supervisor awareness
This webinar has been approved for 1.50 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR, PHR, PHRca, SPHR, GPHR, PHRi and SPHRi recertificaiton through HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
