Mindfulness Program - Three Sessions
Event Description:
Dr. Kitty Brandal, President of Corporate Compass Training and Development is offering a free program at the beautiful Sandusky Library on:  Mindfulness. 

This program consists three 1-hour sessions that begin promptly at 6:30 pm:

First Session:  July 20th:  What is mindfulness and why is it important to us?

Second Session:  July 27th:  How mindfulness improves your physical and mental health – overall wellbeing. How to reduce brain fog/brain chatter and pay closer attention.

Third Session:  August 3rd: We will cover practical ideas for you to practice mindfulness during emotional hijacking as well as exercises for long-term overall wellbeing.

Mindfulness exercises will be done in each of these sessions.

Mindfulness helps strengthen our emotional health, brain, and physical health.  It can also have a positive impact on you as a leader, parent, spouse, employee, family member, etc.  Please join me for these sessions to find out more about how mindfulness can have a positive impact on your life.
