Your Brain on Leadership! Many people in management positions think they manage people. We can’t manage people. We can manage money, supplies and logistics…not people! Then what do you manage as leader? You manage EMOTIONS…yours and other people’s. Leadership is psychological in nature. Join us as we talk about “your brain on leadership”. Are you making neural WI-FI connections that create tacit harmony or do you disconnect and shutdown the connection process (especially during difficult times)? This program is for people who are already in management positions, for people who want to be in management positions, and it's also for people who want to increase their power of influence (i.e. sales, customer service, entrepreneurs).

Dr. Kitty Brandal is an experienced independent trainer who has been training and teaching for over 25 years. She is the President of Corporate Compass Training and Development located in Sandusky, OH.
She taught various courses during her career in the U.S. Navy. She has also designed curriculum and interactive workshops for business classes in higher education and the corporate sector. Dr. Brandal earned a doctorate degree in Organizational Management and Leadership.
