If you have already registered your team, but have not turned in your payment, please call our office today to make a credit card payment.
If you have already registered your team, but have not given us all 4 players' names, please reply to this email with that information.
If you are a sponsor and have not turned in your payment, please call our office today to make a credit card payment.
TEAM PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Eighteen Holes of golf for four players
• Two golf carts
• Skins
• Two mulligans per player
• Six 50/50 tickets per player (one draw)
• Games on course
• Beer, pop, water, Gatorade, snacks, etc. at six snack stations
• Longhorn Steakhouse Lunch (burgers and chicken sandwiches with chips, brownies, soft drinks and beer)
• Dinner Buffet: Prime rib, chicken marsala, toss salad, potatoes, green beans, special event cake, coffee, tea, cash bar)
Please observe the following Plum Brook Country Club requirements:
1. Collared shirts only
2. No jeans, please
3. Soft spikes only (If necessary, PBCC Pro Shop will change your spikes for a small fee. You must arrive VERY EARLY to obtain this service.)
Registration/Cancellation Deadline is Monday, August 6th. No refunds can or will be made after that date in the event of a cancellation.
This is a rain or shine event.
The Erie County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any loss or damages of any kind before, during, or after this event.
